Our Story
Welcome to TyCi, where we celebrate the joy and companionship that dogs bring to our lives. Our journey began with a passion for pets and a commitment to there wellbeing. We are a proud to be a part of the Shampooch Dog Spa Family who have been caring for dogs since 2014. We want to put a real focus on helping owners care for their pets from running community events to keeping prices for key products like food low.
We also have our own brands you'll be able to find in TyCi as well as Shampooch like "The Cooks Pantry", "Pooch Basics" & "Toybox" all designed to be great value.
What makes us different to a pet shop?
Sorry cats and hamsters but we aren't the place for you. We will never sell live animals. We are focused on dogs and wildlife. The majority of products in our shop come directly from the people who make them. (spot these in store with our yellow dots) We then use pet wholesalers to fill in the gaps. This means we can offer lower prices to you as there is no middle man. It also in some cases means fresher products.
